Start with the reader’s decision
Our selection starts with relevant ingredient and purchasing questions, not a commission leaderboard. We examine source, flavor identity, sweeteners, added ingredients, allergen statements and what information is actually available.
Keep evidence types separate
A manufacturer’s product page can document what a brand says and which versions it sells. It does not independently prove every marketing claim. General health information comes from appropriate primary or authoritative sources, linked in the article. We preserve uncertainty instead of assuming an absent field means an absent ingredient.
What our current reviews do not include
We have not conducted hands-on use, clinical studies, sensory testing or independent laboratory assays. We do not invent reviewer credentials, customer quotations, numerical review scores or an aggregate star rating. “Worth considering” describes a conditional shopping use, not a medical recommendation.
Variants, prices and corrections
The product family and exact purchase version are identified separately. Packaging can change. We omit current prices and retailer ratings where we cannot maintain the necessary version-specific information. Corrections can be sent to contact@gentleproteinlab.com; include a current label and the relevant page URL.
Commercial relationships
We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases through marked product links. A commission is not evidence of suitability and does not purchase a place in a guaranteed ranking. Links without a verified exact product identity are not substituted with a similar item or brand store.
